1. The Marketplace Platform

Ello.pk is a multi-vendor marketplace. This means we provide a platform for third-party sellers (“Vendors”) to list and sell their products directly to customers (“Buyers”).

• Intermediary Role: Ello.pk acts as a facilitator. We are not the seller of the products listed by Vendors, and we do not have possession of the items sold until the transaction is finalized (unless otherwise specified).

• Contract of Sale: The contract for the sale of a product is strictly between the Buyer and the Vendor.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using Ello.pk agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and images for all listed products.

• Ensure they have the legal right to sell the products they list.

• Comply with all applicable laws regarding product safety, consumer rights, and taxation.

• Fulfill orders within the specified timeframe.

4. Purchasing and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are set by the respective Vendors and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your purchase.

• Order Acceptance: We or the Vendor reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability or errors in pricing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is handled by the Vendor or their designated courier service.

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ello.pk is not liable for delays caused by the courier or the Vendor.

• Risk of loss and title for items pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Each Vendor may have their own return policy, provided it meets the minimum standards required by Ello.pk.

• Buyers must initiate return requests through the Ello.pk platform within the timeframe specified in the product listing.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the Vendor confirms receipt of the returned item in its original condition.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.

• Post defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

• Attempt to bypass the marketplace’s payment systems to deal directly with Vendors.

• Interfere with the technical operation of the website (e.g., uploading viruses or scraping data).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Ello.pk, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ello.pk or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ello.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items advertised by Vendors.

• The truth or accuracy of Vendor listings.

• The ability of Vendors to sell items or Buyers to pay for them.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ello.pk operates.
